JOB WELL DONE!!!

It was amazing to see how many volunteered to cook and serve at the second VERY SUCCESSFUL Drive-through Dinner held on October 24th. This fund raising project has turned in to a great way bring us together. We not only accomplish an important task, but also have an opportunity to visit briefly from outside the car. It is really great to catch up with those whom we have not seen for a while. This dinner netted $700 for the church.

Thank you to the cooking team, the servers, the people who helped plan and those who were present assisting as well as those who baked brownies. Your efforts and generosity are greatly appreciated.

Buy your tickets now before they are gone!!! The next Drive- Through Dinner on Saturday November 21st will feature: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn with a special treat of a pumpkin desert.

1st Corinthians Verse 13:13

“And now abideth FAITH, HOPE, CHARITY, these three; but the greatest of these is Charity.”

Our recent lesson on Faith Hope and Charity brought to mind the current state of affairs in our country. May we have Faith in our leaders to lead us through this pandemic, Hope that we will soon feel safe to be together again and find in our hearts, Charity for all.
